Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child visitation not being followed

My husband has a five year old daughter whom he has joint custody of. A couple of years ago the mother and step-father decided my husband could not see her and moved, changed all their contact info. We finally found them about six months ago and got them to let my husband see her only by their terms not the courts. Now they say they are changing their number and they would not tell us where they live he can not see her anymore because my step-daughter told her step-dad that he is not her dad my husband is. the stepdad said he is taking his visitation away and now my husband can not see her at all. He has paid his child support always and his ex is just messing with this girls life and my husbands. as well as their relationship he has already missed almost three years of her life because of them but they are in texas and we live in missouri what can we do? If we take them to court can they go to jail for breaking the custody agreement or forced to abide by the rules?

If you're going to change this, you're going to have to go back to court. You can start in MO, but you'll probably have to finish in TX. Good Luck.
