Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex and i have two children and he is supposed to pay support on them, but he rarely does. can i get his wifes pay deducted?

But you can file an enforcement against him and see if he would rather pay his child support or go to jail. Find yourself a good family law attorney.
