If he owes $166,000 I would talk to a private attorney in your county. TX A G's office is tired of your case because all the kids must be over the age of 18 by now.

However, if he's about to inherit some money or he has some property that is not homesteaded you might be able to get it. A private attorney might be more aggressive than the TX A G office. It sounds like he has some money somewhere or is about to get access to some money. The problem is "finding" it.

You might call Patricia Bushman, J D at 713-807-9405. Tell her office that FRAN sent you. You need a copy of your current court order. I rent space in her law office. Her first appointment is free. I believe her hourly rate is $300/hour. She is very aggressive & she thinks "outside" the box. It's worth a visit to her office. I think you live in the Gulf Coast Region - our office is at Loop 610 & Kirby close to Reliant Stadium - across the street from what used to be Astroworld.

Good luck!
