Divorce with child

My husband is not the father to my daughter and i am doing my own divorce but i am unsure on how to do the paternity so that he is not ordered to pay child support he did not sign any thing at my daughters birth but was put on her birth cert because we were married at the time of birth we were only married for 2 months and then seperated and i was pregnant before i married him how do i go about this matter and is it possible to do it my self

Divorce Decrees for parties with children are lengthy complex documents even when there is no question of paternity. In a situation like yours, you (or more specifically your husband) need a good family law attorney to ensure everything is done and done correctly.
