After a divorce is finalized, and I have received money agreed to in the divorce paperwork, can I get more money from my husband if I am still disabled and unable to work?

It depends on what your divorce decree says. If you were awarded spousal maintenance because you are disabled and unable to work then the answer may be "yes". The statute provides for periodic review of the award and for modification if warranted. If you were not awarded spousal maintenance in your divorce, then my reading of the law would indicate "no". In any event, you cannot go back to court for spousal maintenance after the divorce based on a disability that occurs post-divorce.
