How do I file a motion to enforce a court ordered custody in ector county?

First we need to know (1) what county the order came out of, (2) whether or not the case has ever been transferred, (3) where Dad lives, and (4) where Mom lives.

After we know that, we would probably file a Motion for Enforcement and get the clerks to set us with an Order [for Dad] to Appear. He is served with the Motion AND the [show cause] order, and if he doesn't appear as ordered, you ask the Judge to issue a capias.

If Dad isn't served before the hearing date, you get it reset.
