Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want to get full custody of my kids how do i go and do that? i am in the process of getting him in child support? i want to know if its true that i can not keep them away from since i have him in child support. i want to know what is da process i have to take to get full custody of my children. i wanted to know if it was gona be hard for me to get full custody.

"Full custody" has nothing to do with not allowing the father to have access to his children. Unless you can convince the Court that there is some reason he shouldn't have even supervised visitation, he is going to have the right to see his children. If you deny him his court ordered visitation rights, you can go to jail, just like he can go to jail for not paying his court ordered child support.
