Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Grandparents Rights

I would like to know what are"Grandparents Rights". I am fighting for Grandparents Rights in the state of Texas and no one is able to tell me what the rights consist of. IE: How many weekends a month does one get to keep the grandchildren, hoildays, summer vacation and such. Any info would be of a great help. Thank you.

Re: Grandparents Rights

Since you are represented it would be unethical for us to give you advice. I can tell you the Texas Family code does not specify such things as how much visitation, etc you get. That is up to the judge in each case normally. Ask your attorney. That is why you have hired him/her. He/she may know the judge's normal ruling. Surely you trust them with your case. Why not ask them the questions?
