Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Keeping the children from te other parent

I am the father of two children, 7 and 4 years old. The mother walked out 3 years ago. here in the past yaer she has been trying to get back in contact with the children. i will not give her my address or phone number because yaers ago, before we split up this last time, we seperated and she took my child while i was at work and left with the intention of not bringing her back. by giving her my address or phone number she could locate me and do it again. am i wrong for not giving her my address or phone number. also, after her being gone for 3 years would i really have to prove her unfit to keep my kids or should the time being gome be enough.
