Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What exactly is legally meant by maintenance and upkeep of a car if I'm responsible for it on my ex's car? Does this include insurance?

This is an unusual clause in a final decree.

You can call your insurance agent but I doubt if you can insure a vehicle you don't own.

If the car is still titled in your name, then I would definitely insure it since you will be the one to be sued if she has an accident.
