Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am married with a child. I have left my home and taken my daughter with me. What is considered abandonment in the State of Texas. I do not want to lose my right to half of the home. Please let me know. Thanks.

You won't lose your community property rights because you left the house. Forget the word "abandonment." It doesn't apply to your relationship with community property.
