Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'm in middle child custody case.its been a year.going to mediation..i went through legal system to protect child from moleststion.at time I left child add matted to daddy touching her (she was 8).. seeing counsler at the time who saw alot of shame in her .cps didn't get a cry out so it looked like no evidence to support my decision..i witnessed inappropriate behavior...If in mediation.he is angry and has all the money is this pretty much a loss for me..child will not tell on herself or father...I'm the witness..i left to protect her..will this go straight to trial? How can we work through issues in mediation?

You can certainly read about mediation on the internet. They are many websites regarding mediation.

You can ask to be put in separate rooms if you don't want to be in the same room with him. Talk to the mediator's office ahead of time & let them know your request.

The mediator will attempt to settle the case. But the final decision is yours. You have the right to not settle and to go to the judge. Hopefully you have an attorney representing you. If not, I would urge you to hire one immediately. Look around and find one that you can afford.
