Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex is moving in with his girlfriend. My question is - can I legally deny him home visitation while they reside together? I have no problem if he takes the child out for the day but I am trying to instill a strong moral compass in my child and I think would not be in his best interest to be exposed to this environment.

I do have a shack-up clause in the final decree that states no overnight visits with opposite sex not related by blood or marriage between hours of 9pm and 7am when child is in the home.

You should be prepared for the possibility that he will kick his girlfriend out of the house when he has your child at night, or that he will put the child in some other place (other than his home) at night.

If he doesn't, you can sue him for contempt.

You should feel free to ask Dad about this: What are his plans for overnights for the child?
