getting a mrriage void

how can i get a marriage void if the other person married us without my consent because he ahs a license to marry.

I'm not completely sure of your question.

You will probably just need a simple divorce or perhaps an annulment.

Perhaps if I had more details I could answer your question more thoroughly.
