Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have permanent managing conservatorship of a little boy...Do I have to let his mother visit? It is so upsetting for him when she is here..He throws things at her and hits her and it is very disturbing for him.

You have to do what the court order says. If it allows visitatin by the mother, and orders you to surrender the child to her, then you have to do it.

If the order isn't appropriate any more because of a change in circumstances, then you can ask the court to change it (by way of a motion for modification).

The courts will expect you to control your child. You shouldn't be allowing him to throw things at an adult or hit an adult.
