Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Shum's divorce

Last month I have signed the final divorce agreement that I 'll give him the house, and all the documents are signed including the release of deed to him, and till now nothing have been done to final our divorce at the courthouse accept he had already file to the county for the change of ownership of the house. Is that legal for him to do such action before our divorce have completely finalled.
