signing all rights over

okay my husband has been going trough court for child support and he doesnt know if the child is his. so my guestion is if he signs over all rights to the child would he still have to pay child support

If he is not the father, then no child support.

It sounds like you are working with the TX A G office, so talk to them.

Normally in TX they don't terminate a man's rights unless there is a new man to be "daddy".
