Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

can i have my son back......

i recently signed my rights to my son away voluntarily due to other circumstances in my life. i brought the issue of the whole thing up to my attorny and he ran with it with no questions he basicly told me do it and maybe you can see him ...dont and you will not see him and pay child support. i followed all the courts orders asked of me and the affidaviate stated that it would be irreversable....now the great grandmother can bearly take care of her self due to 2 sever strokes. can i fight to have him returned to me due to the fact i was uder so much stress at the time of all the false promises of the courts

Blaming the courts won't get you anywhere. You can consult with an attorney who will need more facts in order to tell you your options.
