Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Summer Confusion
We have a standard possession order and my daughters mom is now saying that she spoke with ''her attorney'' (which I dont think she has) and she said her attorney told her that she can designate 2 weekends out of summer with our daughter - 1 weekend is during my July (1st through 31st) possession with our daughter and the other weekend she is trying to designate is in on JUNE 19th, which is a Thursday and on my weekend (3rd weekend). Can she really do this? I understand that she can designate 1 weekend out of July starting on Friday @6pm and ending on Sunday @6pm, but How can she designate a weekend that is mine starting on my Thursday in June when I am only getting our daughter for July??

You need to read your decree. It controls.

"her attorney" may or may not be correct.
