Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In Texas: last July (2014) went to final hearing in divorce and judge ruled and declared us divorced. Ex husband and I were present and heard the rulings and agreed.

This Monday (July 2015) received a packet of the final decree which has not been signed by judge - am I still married?!

You should be divorced .What counts is what is on file with the court. You can order a certified copy of the final decree at the courthouse. If the certified copy does not show the judge's signature, call your lawyer
