Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

visitation

In my divorce decree it states that I have ''right to domicile, regardless of geographical location.'' Does this mean that I can move out of state or country? I'm engaged to a man in the military. What about visitaions? My ex has standard visitation now. How will this change?
