What happens when a parent doesn't allow the other visitations?

Nothing.

If you want to file for contempt, you can and ask that he/she pay your legal fees that you've been forced to incur due to his/her behavior.

You should ask for make-up visits.

You will need at least 3 events of non-visitation.

You must do whatever the order says regarding visitation. If the pick up time is 6pm on Friday, you must be there at 6 pm on Friday, etc.

I is often helpful to bring a third party that is willing to come to court to testify of what he/she observed.
