Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What Now?

My wife filed a restraing order on me the other day. All

the information that she said I did was completely untrue. And the judge here wont here anything I have to say about this. I have a witness who was with me the day that she says I did all this stuff and threatened to kill her. My question is basicly ''now what'' I would like to file a motion to vacate the order so I could go home. The home is in my name, all the bills, everything is mine. But just because she is a woman, whatever she says is true. How can I fight back and cover my own backside?
