Termination following Medical leave

I had a heart attack causing me to be away from a management position for 5 weeks. On my first day back at work I was terminated

You should immediately consult with an attorney to discuss the events leading up to your termination. It may be that the employer is in violation of either the Family and Medical Leave Act or the Americans with Disabilities Act.
