Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
I bought a car a year ago. The previous owner could not find the title at the time of sale, I have a signed receipt stating the previous owner would supply me with a title. After several attempts by phone and a few promises i still have no title. can I take him to court. or should I try a registered letter first?
