Car Wreck

If you have a low impact accident and the damages to my vehicle was only about 550.00 can I be compensated for medical expenses.

Yes, if the medical expenses are directly related to the accident. Any time someone is in an accident, I recommend that they see a doctor immediately, just to get a check up and to be sure that everything is ok. Be aware that insurance companies have taken a position that every low impact case is suspect, so there will be a fight, especially if there is more than a few treatments. You should speak with an attorney, as many will not charge you to handle the property damage, and most (if not all) will give you a free initial consultation.

It's possible, but most insurance co.'s have trouble believing significant medical injuries from a $550 property damage accident. Although, I did max out an Allstate policy a couple of years ago on a $900 property damage accident. Special circumstances however. MIght apply to your case, I don't know.
