Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My daughter was sexually assaulted by a same age playmate. They are both 7. I called CPS who is investigating the case. They are treating it as two victims because of the age of the boy who did this. Everyone involved thinks he was probably molested by an adult or older child.

If it turns out the boy who attacked by daughter was molested by an adult, can I sue the boy's molester to pay for psychological therapy for my daughter? Can I sue for anything else (punitive, suffering, long term therapy, etc)?

How might I find a lawyer to take the case?

I've done a few of these cases in the past. Going after the original adult is tricky. You may have a claim against the homeowner or facility that was watching the children at the time. Please call me to discuss, as these are fact intensive matters.
