Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas
An ex-girlfriend and I took normal everyday pictures of a vacation we took together. Now that we are no longer together, can she legally compel me to delete those photos? Also, some of the pictures were of her and her child. Even if I never display, sell, share, or reproduce those photos, can she legally claim ownership of the photos? These photos were taken with my camera.

The photographs belong to you, period. She has no ownership and no special rights wth regard to the photographs.
