Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My friend and I made an agreement on facebook message in OCT 2011. In order to start a new and clean life, I agreed to pay for his plane ticket with the agreement for him to pay me back in full by the 1st of January. He payed 60% November 16 but is now complaining that he cant find a job to pay me back because his urine isnt clean to work. I recently found out he continues to smoke and now feel as if he is prolonging paying me back by smoking weed thus makes his urine dirty thus delays the job thus DOESN'T pay me back.can i sue him for purposely delaying payment because he continues to smoke weed? THANKS

You can sue him regardless of what he smokes. He made a contract and then broke it, period.

Until January 1 arrives, though, he hasn't breached the contract.
