Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My rights

I live across the street from a school that the city has turn into a soccer field which they keep up and provide the tools to play games which they also receive monies for the leagues. The nitemare is the parking on our street has made it unsafe for us homeowners if there was a emergency no vehicle would be able to get down our street due to cars being park on both side of the street. Their is no restroom. They did put up no parking signs but the police and code enforcement took them down. We have ask for the no parking signs to be put in the ground instead of having them put up cardboard, but at this point the city is doing nothing about it and this problem keeps growing worst. This field is to small to have as many games going on at once, also the balls are hitting our vehicles and house, we have people running across our yards sometimes right onto our porch they have destroy my flower garden and unless i can point out the specific person theres nothing i can do, please help with my rights as a home owner

These facts would be the basis for a Temporary Restraining Order against the city. This will require the services of an attorney. Good Luck

I agree with Mr. Grissom. You will have to sue the city if you can't get them to do what you want. You'll need an attorney to handle this; one familiar with municipal law or a good deal of time to get familiar with it.
