Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

My sister's ex-husband is using an alias - this can be proved because him and his now wife posed for a photo for an article on their business which was opend after they married in 2006. He is 20,000 behind in child support. One is it legal for him to utilize a fictious name, if no who do you contact. Second can my sister seek a judgement on their business since in the Texas the business is community property?

I'm not sure what sort of judgment you are talking about. If he is an ex-husband, and a child support order, I assume there is a divorce. Community property is divided in a divorce.

If the ex started the business after the divorce it may be community property with the "now wife" but was not community property of the marriage to your sister.

If the ex is $20,000 behind in child support, your sister needs to contact a family law attorney or the Child Support division of the Attorney General's office.

Not sure about the alias. I believe the legality of using an alias name depends upon the reason it is being used.
