Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

How do you retrieve all claim insurance records on file with insurance comp and
Been under investigation with insurance company since 2001 due to an accident and another party filing a Personal injury claim on me this party was also paid on that claim. Due to the insurances mistakes they have some how managed to either manipulate/stop any one from obtaining any records relating to this insurance fraud. We have fraudulent/fabricated letters from the insurance company that they did thierselves using federal postal system and a out of stock postal meter. It is all incredibly insane, of course we do assume it is due to the fact they are the Giant among insurance companies and it would be a great embarrassment for this to be found and seen. They have committed without a doubt bad faith/misrepesentation and harm. We have retained an attorney but it appears he himself has somehow been convinced and has sided with the insurance. We are terribly concerned we need to obtain all records that they have held close to thier chest in order to prove what was done. What papers are needed to file in order for us to retrieve records, can you help. Thanks SMJ

i think in this situation i would take your complaints to the texas insurance commission in austin.
