Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

im having issues with websites hosting pirated copies of my copyrighted android application, & i have gotten several sites to take my app off by filing all my necessary papers, but a week later they will have it back up again. Can I get a copyright cease & desist letter to make them stop hosting pirated copies of my application?

Sure you can. You need to get a copyright lawyer to do this so it is done right. That won't be cheap.

As a Franchise Attorney and in addition to my colleague's answer, I must ask the following. Have you filed for copyright protection on your work? If not, you should do this ASAP so you can seek statutory remedies and attorneys fees. Consult with a good copyright or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
