Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I am 58, was laid off and replaced by a VP's wife that is 47 for less salary. I was told that I was a great worker.

What are my options?

Start looking for a new job.

In Texas, you can be fired for any reason or for no reason. The exceptions are: race, religion, national origin, gender.

Don't file a lawsuit. You'll never get a lawyer to take your case on a contingent fee.
