Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

company expenses reimbursment

As an on-road salesman, I had an expense account. I paid for expenses out of my own pocket and the company issued reimbursment checks.

I was downsized on October 12th.

The company still owes me expenses from September 1st.

The company is not responding to my emails or phone calls in reference to my outstanding expense checks.

The company headquarters is in omaha, Nebraska; I live, and worked, in Lubbock, Texas.

What are my legal options?

Can the State Attorney General help?

What about the local workforce commission?
