Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Another co-worker called me a bitch & I bought it to management & nothing was done. So, I put in my two week notice refusing to work under those conditions & 5min after turning in resignation letter, I was asked to leave the premises without having to fulfill my two week notice. Do I have grounds to seek legal action?
