Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was hired with a stipulation i could work through lunch 8-4. now they tell me i have to take a lunch & work til 4:30 or loose 30 minutes. is this legal in texas?

Yes...you need a contract to be able to enforce any stipulations you may have..and employer can fire without any cause...
