Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Harrassment, discriminatin, slander, theft and vandalism

I'v worked at this hotel for about 4 years. I've been promoted based on my integrity and efficieny 3 times. The new owner is an older white male. He quadrupled my work load and then limited my resources, ignore my requests for assistance and issues. He bought in another older white male with the title of maintenance while I am the general manager. Yet this maintenance man has more resources and is constantly undermining my authority and work efforts. I feel that this is because I am female, asian, and young. The owner is favoring his older, white, male employee and underminging me so I will quit and be unqualified for unemployment. I had previously lived at the hotel and had my computer there that I used to work. I turned over the computer to Alicia to retrieve all the files. The girlfriend said she would return the computer to another employee or leave it in the office to return to me. He saw the computer in the office so he returned it to me. I then deleted all the files. The owner did not retrive the files yet, and is suing us for theft. He won't give us our last paycheck, and has damaged/witheld our possessions. How can I respond to this and protect msyelf?

First and foremost he needs to pay you for you wages that you earned. Is this in Harris county? Were you paid hourly or by salary?
