Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Salary Non Exempt and anything over 40 hours they pay me chieese overtime only 2

I work as an invoicer and I am salary non exempt I make 11.50 per hour and any thing over my 40 hours they only pay me between 3.50 and 2.00 an hour and the more over time I work the less I make.

How is this possible and is it legal and what can I do about and Im not the only one getting paid like this and everyone is mad about it.

Please help me.
