Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

My sister is voluntarily leaving her job as a pharmceutical sales rep. She had a company AMEX for several years and was authorized to spend $300/ month for gas and car expenses by the firm. She was their top producer and over the years (9) there were several months that a partner of this company authorized her to spend more than the $300. Now that my sister is leaving the other partner is asking for these overages repaid and wants to deduct this amount from her final check. There was no kind of loan contract or note ever drawn-up. Is my sister obligated to pay for the overages?

no but she may have to file complaint with tWC or go to Court to get her money
