In the state of Texas,A landlord must give HOW many days notice to vacate premises.Are there ANY provisions to give LESS THAN 3o DAYS,Legally?

If the lease has a particular provision regarding the number of days notice for a notice to vacate, that provision will prevail. Absent any particular provision in the lease, the property code says 3 days notice is the rule. The only exception is if a tenant is being evicted from a home that has been foreclosed.
