Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

my 6 yr old son was hurt on the school playground yesterday. He was coerced by some older students during recess to help them move a soccer goal..They let go of it and it fell on top of him. The students had to help take my son to his teacher. There were a total of 4 teachers outside during the time his injury occured. His right ear is swollen and was bleeding from the inside of his ear. His jaw is also bruised. My husband took him to the E.R. and they did a cat-scan and an x-ray..My question is under what circumstances can the school be held liable for an injury to a student. Thanks in advance for your help.

In my opinion, the school is not responsible. nor are the teachers....only motor vehicle claims are valid against public schools..which I presume you are speaking of..but if a private school..no immunity exists
