Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
A drunk driver 22 years old,drove threw our yard and total both a truck 2005,and suv 2004,and total them. We both had same insurance,insrurance paid off our cars, and that is it. Is it??? That drunk driver also try to get away,did not have driver lincene,only ID,and his car belong to his parent.

You need to have a lawyer look at the insurance policies as well as review your damages and any further legal actions. If the driver was arrested, the court might order restitution to you. There may be a cause of action against the parents. That attorney will need to review the settlement you made with the insurance carrier.
