Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i filed a lawsuit on behalf of my child , we are about to settle does the check goes into a bank account for my son a, or they give me a check.

It depends on how the defendant wants to pay. In smaller cases, they may just write a check the the plaintiff's parents. In larger cases, they may pay the money into the court's registry. In very large cases, they will put the money into an annuity.
