Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i had my hand injury and was in hosptpial for a day or so the company i sued went out of busniness and the insurance company they had did too what do i do how do i get any money so many lawyers say no need but shall i do should i go further or no my hand is not the same any more and i dont have some feeling in area but it good not the way it was before accident can you help me please

How do you know the insurance company went out of business? You need to contact the Texas Dept. of Insurance to confirm this.

There is something called the Texas Guaranty Fund, which is operated by the State of Texas.

This organization sometimes pays for claims against bankrupt insurance companies.
