Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was hit from behind and the driver pushed me into the car in front of me. Most of the damage is to the front of the car and her insurance company doesn't want to pay for it. Is she responsible for the damage since she pushed me into the car?

YES. TAKE HER TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF THERE ARE NO PERSONAL INJURIES. GET THE POLICE REPORT FOR COURT.

OUR, YOU CAN REPORT THE ACCIDENT TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY WILL PAY FOR YOUR CAR, AND THEN REQUEST THEY GO AFTER THE CAR BEHIND YOU FOR THE DAMAGE AND YOUR DEDUCTIBLE. THIS IS KNOWN AS SUBROGATION.
