i was hert at work 5 ruptured disks by an illeagle that the comp. hired. the illeagle was fired my medical insurance was canceled and i was terminated beat that

Did your employer have workers' compensation insurance? If they did, contact the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission immediately. Also, contact a WC attorney. If your employer did not have insurance, contact a Personal Injury attorney and discuss your case. You did not provide much information, but it's worth taking the time to discuss with an attorney.
