Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My mother fell in a department store parking lot and broke both her tailbone and wrist; she received no help or attention from store employees or bystanders. Does the store have any liability for accidents in its parking lot?

If there was a crack or some other defect in the parking lot which caused the accident, then you will be able to argue that the store was responsible. These sort of cases are difficult and you should have your mother call a board certified personal injury lawyer for assistance.
