Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My wife slipped and fell at the handicapped parking lot of a local Indian Casino and the adjuster for the casino told my wife that the casino is not liable for her fall and injury. My wife was badly injured her face, both knees and her back and she also broke one of her toes. The casino has a long process before we could get in touch with the insurance company and only for them to tell us that we did not have a case and that it was not the casino's fault. What should I do? I don't want to hire an attorney for personal reasons. I just need to know where to find legal information about slip and fall cases and their outcomes. Thanks. AL.

Al,

Hire a dangerous premises/premises liability attorney. Do not talk to casino or ins. co. anymore. They are not there to help you or do the right thing.
