Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

Is it true that if a matress is stained, it will void the warranty. Matress firm states that texas law does not allow them to take it back with stains. The matress is three years old and has a 15yr warranty. It is collapsed on one side, in my opinion defective.

What a load of crap they are giving you. They can't resell it if it has a big stain on it, but they certainly can take it back no matter what the condition. If it is defective, it is defective whether stained or not. Don't accept that BS from them.
